The problem with SI (apart from being loathed and loved by some), is that fact that I often can’t feature more than one project in a single post. So to make up for my inhumane crimes against some of the sexiest studios in the world, I am introducing something called a ‘Re-post’ where a lucky (and in many cases not so lucky) design agency/studio gets a second chance to strut their stuff on SeptemberIndustry.

This week’s project is a corporate identity for advertising agency Leagas Delaney.
Design Carbon.

  1. Don’t worry, everyone loves SI.

    :)

  3. Just a passing thought, but if you re-post someone else’s work then you’ll be inhibiting other people/studios from being featured/gaining an audience.

Anyway, the layout for those business cards is quite nice, embellishment on cd packaging made me smile.

Tobias, thank you for the comment

The parameters that warrant a ‘Re-post’ is the high quality and execution of the work in question— sometimes I come across a piece of work which really makes an impression on me and furthermore meets the high standards of this site (which is the basis on which I started SI in the first place)
Nonetheless, my intentions were never to inhibit other studios from being featured regardless of size or prestige, but to feature exceptional work that SI readers really need to see a second time.
Some may hate me for this but SI has always been about quality and not so much about exposure. After all there are plenty of other design blogs for that ;)

  5. I’m very much of the opinion that you should post according to work, not studio/designer. If a studio has only ever produced one piece of really nice work, then only post that. But if a studio updates their site one day with a load of beautiful new projects then I would like to hear about it.

Re-post away. A lot of SI viewers will not check it all the time and may have missed it the first time around anyway.
