Amazing to think that it’s been over a year since I last featured Li, Inc. but alas, nothing has changed on their website. They may have got rid of the “dripping” rollover state on the typographic menu and there might be some interesting bits and pieces on their blog. But, there isn’t any new work in their portfolio which is a shame really – North you finally have some competition… ;)

With that said, I thought I’d take the time to feature a project that I definitely missed the last time I checked their website. I’ve also taken into account that SI receives thousands of unique visitors every week, so it wouldn’t hurt to share with them a studio they’ve probably never even heard of before, right? ;)

I wonder if you’ve even begun to realise how much Patrick Li and his studio have to do before, during and in-between developing pieces of individual work for fashion week?

Why single out his work for for fashion week all of a sudden?
Regardless, it sounds to me like you think I’m unaware of the fact that designers work incredibly hard on projects designing, attending meetings, briefings, amends.

The bottom line is, If I didn’t appreciate what designers do for a living I wouldn’t have started this website in the first place. Surely you’d know this if you’re a frequent reader of this site.

Nevertheless, once you’ve taken into account that I am in fact aware, Li, Inc. like any other studio on this website are incredibly busy – my comment (which should be taken with a grain of salt) is simply questioning: why hasn’t their website been updated in such a long time considering the fact that a website is a vehicle for generating new business and keeping your existing/prospective clients up-to-date? Nothing more, nothing less.
