Esquire’s Singular Suit Exhibition Design & Guide

“Esquire’s Singular Suit, an exhibition held at Somerset House, invited 18 leading menswear designers to work with a contemporary artists of their choosing to create one-off bespoke suits. The exhibition included collaborations by Aquascutum with Antony Gormley, Dior Homme with Mat Collishaw, Gucci with Mark Ronson, John Galliano with Zanna, Louis Vuitton with Christian Schoeler and Norton & Sons with Jeremy Deller.
The exhibition was designed in collaboration with Block Architecture. Custom-made mirrored drawing boards provided an economical structure for the exhibition, adding a luxurious twist to a traditional design apparatus and allowing the suits to be seen from all sides. The boards were scattered throughout the space with a signage system of screen printed gold mirror sheets clipped to each board. To accompany the exhibition a guide was designed which offered further information about each collaboration team. “
What better way to signal my return to SeptemberIndustry than to feature some brand new work from OK-RM – at least I’m pretty sure it’s new work! ;)
