Last week there was a bit of talk about the work of Alistair Webb and for good reason, however, one thing that left me “restless” all weekend was the fact that his frequent collaborator Povilas Utovka hadn’t received as much exposure as he could have, that’s why I went through the “trouble” of featuring some his excellent work for NDG Vilnius — Cold War Modern on SI ;)
