Golden collaborated with Project Space Leeds and Leeds City Council to create Art In Unusual Spaces, a public display of visual art exhibitions, installations and curiosities in shop units across the city centre.[/column] [column width="48%" padding="0%"]Bark & Bite – Brand Identity
‘Eye Candy’ was the theme for Golden’s rebrand for Bark & Bite, the Leeds-based motion design studio who were looking for a distinctive new brand identity. The design extended from stationery and a new website through to production slates and animated idents.[/column] [end_columns]

Golden worked with Fontsmith to create a new font, Lurpak Sans; we also produced a 160pp brand guidelines for the butter brand.[/column] [end_columns]
As promised, here is the big exclusive I’ve been talking about all week, a bumper selection of old and new projects by Golden, a UK-based design agency founded by Rob Brearley, Steve McKevitt and Francis Carolan.
Enjoy them while you can because Golden currently have no plans to launch a portfolio site. Why is that you ask? They prefer to showcase their work through other avenues – posters and books, for instance – leaving their site as a blank canvas for other Golden initiatives. Your heart may have sunk upon reading that but look at the bright side – I’ll be checking in with Frank every now and then to see what Golden have been up to ;) .
Have a great weekend people and keep a look out for more images on Flickr…
